      *Guided teaching materials for tutors * You can choose your own schedule anytime and open slots as many as you like *Additional incentives when you perform well

      Cons

      *Sudden class is quite detrimental for tutor's star rating since there is no strong rapport built between teachers and students. Also, students can enter the classroom anytime they want so the tutor has to wait for the entire time. * There is no available whiteboard and tools like pen in the classroom app.

      Pros

      Simple straight forward application process. Good website and resources that have clear instructions and focus. Clear information about pay and incentives. Friendly students and never had to wait more than a few minutes for a lesson. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      The pay for sudden lessons isn't a lot, booked lessons pay more.
