Pros

The platform is pretty easy to navigate. The materials are easy to understand. Students are friendly, and the staff is supportive. I enjoy working at Native Camp. I wish I could rate the company with a 10 star, but 5 is the quota.

Cons

I'm a native English speaker, but I'm now living in Cameroon, and that makes me receive low pay. I wish the management can increase the amount I get per class.

Pros

This is the best ESL company that I have ever worked with. The schedules are very flexible, so can you work anytime and anywhere you want. I also like the support that the company gives and the incentives or rewards you receive for being an outstanding teacher. They really value me as an employee and they always listen to our needs as teachers.

Cons

In the beginning, you really have to work very hard to get booked classes. But once you established yourself, then it will be good.

Pros

It is good that people from the all countries have opportunity to experience how is to work as ESL teacher and learn how to teach. Time is flexile and that is what I really like as well.

Cons

The sallary is not as good for my needs since I'm full time worker and working hard but still not enough.
