      Easy enrollment process. Lovely students. On-time payment.

      Low base rate. Bad booking. No incentives. No chance for promotion.

      I recently went on stand by for 8 hours (peak hours) last time and not get a single class.

      Flexible and manageable time which is the best for someone who yearns to be a freelancer.

      Cons

      Small pay but the flexibility compensates the pay and the amount would be based on how many classes you've finished.
