Availability of students.

You're able to work at home with your family. Very convenient and students mostly are kind.

Cons

Incentives and availability of students prioritized office based employee. For home based tutors, possibility of getting students are limited for those tutors who has a lower rate of 4.85. The company prioritized tutors with 5 star rating in their suggestions whenever students are picking their tutors for the day which I absolutely understand. However, in this case, tutors waited for 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes more for a student to come in, which is time slots will be wasted because of waiting. Tutors are only allowed to open 24 slots per day. There are also some rude students that will give you a low rate after class even you did your best to teach them.
