Pros

Flexible Time At home Good as training ground

Cons

-Does not protect teachers at all. A lot of students are rude and sexual and if they give low rating after class teachers are affected. And admin doesn't do anything -Ratings are updated every week but when updates to profile they put wrong rating. Ex: you have 4.9 this week they will put 4.65. Not good at all -Admin response to the concern are very slow -System has so many glitches
