      A Review on my Experience while working at Native Camp.

      Pros

      Native Camp offers the best facilities for students and the job is also flexible because one thus not have to commute to work. it was really fun and I had a great time with my students.

      Cons

      working at NativeCamp, one's contract can easily be terminated. with this company, the term regards more of their students but forgetting that some Beginners who are not familiar with the platform, give teachers Low rating that will eventually lead to the termination of your contract jut like what happen to me.

      Pros

      Among of all the ESL companies, Native Camp is the most flexible when it comes to schedule. You can plot your own slot with your desired time as well as going standby. You can also block those students who are kind of rude. The platform is easy to use.

      Cons

      -The inquiry is way too slow to response. -Tax deduction of 8% or 10% - The salary of standby lesson is not fixed. There should be a fixed rate for standby lesson because sometimes, the student ended the lesson and it will be only counted as 2.2 x mins - ___ and that's a waste of time and effort , I think. -

      Bad pay, poor support communication, bad website

      Pros

      Having a student choose a free talking type of lesson and getting to know a different culture.

      Cons

      Horrible pay, 1.54USD per 25mins, horrible incentives, pretty much a fixed work schedule because of how often students visit the website. Their system is flawed and they don't care about the tutors.
