      Pros

      The biggest pro is flexible working hours. You can work as much as you want, any time you want and you can stop working for as long as you want. Like in every other job, it takes time to build your reputation and to start having booked lessons with the same students. Once you achieve a good evaluation, everything is easier. You get bonuses, and you can enjoy working without stress. Also, Japanese people are extremely kind so you can always have lessons in calm atmosphere.

      Lower payment comparing to other online schools.

      Native Camp -Always the Best Online School

      Native Camp is simply the best online school any body would want to work for. From its administrative organisation to its App,every thing works smoothly. Of course once in a long while there is a small glitch which is normal with all human systems. The pay for non native speakers is lower than the one of native speakers but if you work hard enough you would not notice the differential; you may even end up earning more than them. Prompt remuneration payments that come earlier than programmed is the best thing here. All activities here are transparent and a teacher can easily track his payments, lesson times, student reviews, ratings and more. The admin also responds to suggestions put forward to it positively. I am very happy to work for Native Camp. Keep the flag flying higher

      A DREAM AND AN IDEAL COMPANY TO WORK IN!!!

      👍NC provides an extremely flexible working schedule. 👍Constant improvement of its services(e.g NC app for teachers) 👍Prompt payment of remunerations. 👍A very supportive and friendly administration. 👍You work and earn from the comforts of your home. 👍Good incentives which makes it competitive and Fun!!(I got a free reservation badge a week ago and I really enjoyed having lots of classes with my favorite students)

      Native speakers are eligible to earn more than $8 per 25-min class as a Booked class which is good but Non native speakers earn at most 2$ as a booked class( which isn't even half to that native speakers) even if the user evaluation of a non native Teacher(let's say 5) is higher than that of a Native Teacher (let's say 4.95). Its kind of discriminatory because I believe teaching isn't just about speaking only but also being able to make a student comprehend Language Basics to its core, being encouraging, motivating and supportive . In a nutshell,my point is that an Excellent non native teacher earns way lesser than an average native teacher which isn't just. I think This gap needs to be reduced.
