A company that really cares.

Pros

Firstly, their system really improves over time. It's very user-friendly and convenient to use. They have added some features that will reduce your work. Secondly, they have Customer Service that will help you with any of your concerns. They typically respond in just a few minutes. Their staff is so knowledgeable and polite. Lastly, the company is so dependable. They care for their employees as much as their clients. If your concern is about the people you'll be working with. Well, Japanese are the most polite and respectful people I've ever worked with. A little background check about their culture would help but not necessarily since, their artistry is a widespread. On the other hand, I haven't experienced any delays on my payout so far.

Cons

My only concern is about the teacher's fee. I hope they could increase it in the future. Their is only a little difference between home-based teachers and office-based teachers. Considering that we pay a lot of bills and provided the necessary equipment for the job such as headset, camera and what not. As I've said they truly care. They have lots of incentives when you accumulate certain number of classes, which is very achievable if you aim for your goal, ranking incentives and a lot more. So, I'm pretty much satisfied and confident working with them. But I don't work my butt teaching all day in Native Camp to hit the goal. I have other stuff to do as well.

Working at Native Camp

Pros

It's so flexible, you can work whenever you want. They provide you with the needed material while working, they add notes for a slang or phrases that you may not be familiar with. The interview phase is quite easy.

Cons

They pay like 1.54 USD per 25 minutes, which is quite low. I guess that teaching and explaining for 25 minutes worth more than 1.54 USD. Some of the students are mean to the teacher, they will give you a bad rate. It's not easy to explain something to a student who doesn't talk the same language as you. Students chose lessons which are not appropriate for them, they chose advanced level and they don't understand the content so they feel like the teacher is not explaining everything easily, you get bad rate at the end.

Pros

The best part about at Native Camp is flexibility and the interactive platform has all necessary for your lesson materials. You get lesson plans and plenty of useful tools which I really like. Also, I can work from home or anywhere else and teach as many hours as I wish, which is really suitable for anyone who has a family or a busy schedule. I enjoy teaching the students of all ages so it's a plus because there's a lot of different students. The materials are fun and effective for all levels and you get paid by how many lessons you conduct. If your class is reserved you're paid more. You get bonuses and promo lessons too. My experience so far is good and I'll continue working at Native Camp.

Cons

There can be some problems with time zone, depends on which country you live in so for example, I can work from morning to late afternoon, but not at night. The payment should be a little bit higher.
