      Pros

      Able to choose my own schedule, easy to prepare and always available teaching material, easy to get in. I am generally satisfied with working for this company. Students are polite and the material is easy to teach. Lessons are not too long so I can make breaks in between whenever I want.

      Cons

      Sometimes not getting booked enough, base rate could be a bit better.
