If student fails to give you a rating, automatically it's a 3 /5 but management expects you to have at least 4.72 9. Treats their teachers like cattle. They do not even ask the teacher to air her/his side to any issue. Automatically the account is deactivated 10, The students and the management are so uptight. You cannot ask a student why they refuse to show their faces yet they are able to see the teachers face. 11. No chance for a raise even if you become the best.---I could go on and on

Some Admins. or HR was not polite during the interview. Some lessons were not payed. (I asked them to check it or update my salary because I have finished one lesson and it was still the same NCC earned from my last lesson.) Low salary. Ratings are based from the student. (Giving your best is not enough. It depends on the mood of your student which is also unfair for the teachers.) Tax rate.
