JUST AVOID IT

Pros

*Flexible working hours *Fairly decent platform *Selection process is quite fast *Level of English knowledge required is significantly lower than on the similar platforms

Cons

You are not treated as a human being. I know there is no labour right in these types of jobs, but the way management is treating workers is at least disgraceful and I'm pretty sure illegal in the most of the world countries

Pros

Hello there ! I just wanna share my feedback about my stay in this company for almost THREE (3) years now...It's pretty good experience, why not join us?! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ - Flexible time - Management is really kind and approachable - Salary is fine (if you work hard, the company compensates your effort/s) - Incentive/perks are so cool (they give allowance weekly, it helps me a lot, haha) - I have a private cubicle, no one interrupts me while having classes (when you are full-timer, though ^_^) - If you have no lates/absences, working Overtime is Unlimited (I love it !) - No need to be a robot, if you wish you can work less unless you're pretty in need. - Students are pretty manageable (not all the time, anyway but you can handle them) - They have free SNS/internet (It's great , isn't it?) - Student's are coming in no time, so you could really enjoy teaching while earning (but prepare to drink some water too, haha) - Medicine/s are available - Free Meals with Japanese Interns and holiday perks as well! - Time management dude! If you have it, there's no such problem you could get. - If you wish for training, perhaps you could ask them for guidance at least - They have free shuttle (service), so you could go home safe (WOW !) - Too many to mention but to make my comment short, Please Come and be Part of Our Growing Team! ^_^

Cons

- You really need to practice Time Management to survive in this kind of field (ESL). - System glitches may be experienced in no time. (but manageable) - Students sometimes are moody. So, patience is a virtue, haha ^_^ - Toilet rooms are not that enough to accommodate users (but just go downstairs using the elevator, it's not big deal, but make it faster, haha) -So far, for 3 years and counting, I have a very peaceful stay here. Just be kind, patient, passionate, and love what you're doing, all negatives will become positive.
