      Pros

      For me, the work is very flexible and easy. All you need is a proper set up (laptop/computer & wifi) and proficiency in english!

      Cons

      This is really not for a full time work, especially if your new, don't resign on your current work first. Because you'll have a lot of empty slots so you really have to wait and make an engaging intro video.

      Pros

      For new teachers and those who don't have much experience yet, the material and training is provided which is really helpful, but only if you listen and follow the directions they give you. Then after you understand how the textbooks are. It becomes much easier.

      Cons

      Not much at this point. I ran into a few minor issues at the beginning because I'm new with conducting lessons but once I figured them out, things went smoothly.
