1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers

Flexibility: Teaching students from the comfort of my home. Sudden lessons: unlike other platforms, there is no waiting time for students bookings, there are Sudden lessons to help new tutors to gain experience with rewards.

Cons

For me, its time difference. Japan is 6 hours ahead of my country
