Pros

You have the flexibility to apply at your own pace if you so choose. Teaching full-time is not a requirement for them. You can plan your day at any hour and for any length of time. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the application process went! Furthermore, they spare you from unnecessary and monotonous questioning in the interview, eliminating time wasted.

Cons

If you are new to Native Camp which I am, bookings are slow. Like really slow... Not sure how the student booking system works, but I think they need to re-look at it so new teachers can get a fair chance to start teaching.

Cons

Because of it's student base policy, it makes it hard for teachers to criticize or to proceed in their career without the stress of "maybe one bad rating from a student will ruin my whole effort"
