      The company's anthem when you are you create beauty is a beautiful slogan. The product is suitable for Asian skin types with a noble cause approach

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and governance skills. The top management is ignorant and unwilling to learn when entering a new market. Selecting leaders based on their ability to speak English rather than their ability to lead. Undecisive and can be heartless at times.
