Pros

Ambitiuos in its values and purposes. Natura is able to connect interesting people in its ideal to impact business. Company makes real efforts to have a sustainable business in its core activities.

Cons

Lacks transparency. Chaotic decision making, Worst ever IT and systems support makes daily life crazy! Too many meetings and poor work-life balance. Organizational Climate survey connected to annual payment glosses real indicator.

Pros

Nice perks, you get free product, fridays are half work days, flexible work schedule and good trainings. A lot of out of office retreats.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement and training are very political. The company is very Brazilian and has a very mediocre policy for advancement Top management lacks autonomy to make any decisions. There is no clear strategy, and it changed with every change in management. There is no feedback, even during the formal evaluation periods.
