Pros
Natura is a great company with a very strong propose that challenge the employee improve all the days. It is always looking for improving it's triple bottom line results (social, ambiental and economic). Natura is a company that want to make a better world, doing big things on the right way.
Cons
Natura's culture is a little difficult to understand. The results are very important, but the relationship and political connections sometimes get much more important. Natura doesn't stand a very tough and straigthfoward stylle. So, sometimes the company loose good colobators and waste time to take important decisions.
