Pros
Big company in constant change with opportunities to create new processes and products. Not very hierarchical with some good professionals.
Cons
The decision making process is very slow. Decisions are changed constantly, very difficult to set a strategy and follow. Different departments constantly competing and many unmotivated professionals are kept in the company.
