Pros

Great work-life balance with a supportive and collaborative work culture. Opportunities to work with global teams and gain exposure to international projects. Strong focus on employee development through training and learning programs. Well-established company with stable processes and a strong market reputation. Competitive benefits and a people-focused approach to employee well-being.

Cons

Decision-making can sometimes be slow due to multiple layers of approvals. Internal processes and governance can be highly structured, reducing flexibility. Career progression may vary depending on the team and business function. Cross-functional alignment across regions can occasionally delay project execution. Organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty for some teams.

Pros

The only pro was the training. Everything else will sooner or later collapse.

Cons

I could add a huge list here but I try to keep it short. I can only talk specifically about the Swiss market which is handled by the Lisbon office. I’ve never before in my life worked in such a toxic, gaslighting and unprofessional environment before. This team is lead by pressure instead of actual quality. The position should’ve been a customer support position, however, once entered you quickly see you have to do active sales without getting paid for it. And they expect you to do that, if you don’t your metrics get so bad that they will put you into a sales training and sadly they see nothing wrong with that. Wanting you to do sales without mentioning it’s a must in the job description, especially because it’s affecting your metrics is more than bad. You get constantly ignored by HR and other seniors once you have a serious problem, or you actually speak up for yourself. They’re talking big but are not delivering. Let’s not forgot the inappropriate manner of WFM in this company as well as all the pressure they’re putting on you, if someone says something against this pressure (and absolutely not manageable KPI‘s) you get gaslighted with phrases like „it’s normal and you might just feel it’s pressuring because you had zero to almost no pressure before“… I think this phrase said it all. Toxic Toxic Toxic. I do not recommend anyone to work within the CRC Swiss project, or any CRC project. Btw, there is almost no career opportunities in this project, you contract is one year and you can only apply to another position after 18months. Not to forget that the project lead pressured us by saying if we do not deliver as she wants us to, the project closes and we all loose our jobs. If you read the contract properly you’ll see fast you’re just a number that gets replaced quickly. This is not a long term project and is more of a BPO workenvironment. If you’re looking for a long term job in which you can grow and develop do not enter this project, it’s not worth it and they will treat you bad on a daily. And last but not least, the payment is bad, really bad competed to what other companies pay.
