Pros

Good salary and benefits. Smart people.

Cons

Highly political, toxic environment. Everyone complaining about each other behind each other's back despite claimed "transparency" culture. Zero onboarding or setting anyone up for success. Consistent fear of being fired all the time. Exits happen on a weekly basis. Emotionally draining workplace. No-one gives you any direction but you're punished terribly if you're not doing things the way they are supposed to be done.

Pros

Great Pay, Remote, Entertaining work (literally).

Cons

Some of the orgs are a mess. People at the top with little experience promoting others with little experience. Not really a place where you get promoted for doing good work anymore, more so expected to be non-threatening to those above you.

Pros

Top pay, all cash. Generous benefits. Good culture such as freedom and responsibility/ treated as adults.

Cons

Lack of transparency on layoffs and restructures. Employees who are not good leaders or team members can last there a long time.
