Great pay, good mental health benefits and awesome life insurance. They do charity matching as well. I really liked all my coworkers and the work I got to do.

Cons

Bottom line is that the upper echelon of management (the people you will never meet) really just don’t care about you at all. You’re just a number and so I wouldn’t get too comfortable.
