      Freedom and responsibility. Figure out what you need to get done, and do that. Time off flexibility that matches work requirement flexibility Insanely great management Fantastic peers All traction, no friction

      Cons

      So-so benefits Absolutely horrific stock option plan (fantastic combination of byzantine with low profit potential) Want work/life balance? You'll have to make it happen -- because Netflix won't help :)

      Pros

      good pay (not compared to the expectations) . its good ROI for netflix not to employee. if ur an expert and u r stuck in ur place then netflix can reward u good. it can allow you to be a mster of everything and allow merit speak than leadership.

      Cons

      it depends on ur manager's discretion. so if ur gaurded to be urself then its the place to work. unrefined office culture is prone to exploitation. counter productive culture and fear is developed and growing faster.

      Pros

      Freedom and responsibility, that's what Netflix is all about. Sounds like a cliche but they really live it out and conduct the company that way, empowering employees to go forth yet not punish if an idea fails.

      Cons

      Previously not known for promoting from within but has gotten much better at it recently.
