Pros

A lot of the people there are phenomenal.

Cons

Company puts their value of ensuring their games are play outside over their money, which is many cases is respectable, but it ultimately costed them multiple project terminations and 230 employees. Also babysits your scan-ins in the office to make sure you obey the hybrid model, no exceptions.

Fun Culture; Few Growth Opportunities

Pros

The work culture is fun and fast-paced. Living an active lifestyle is highly encouraged, and work-life balance for families with children are supported by managers and company leaders.

Cons

Niantic falls short on gender and racial diversity. It is predominantly male with few women in managerial and leadership positions. Despite generous funding support to diverse communities and outreach/awareness programs, black and hispanic hires are disproportionately low.
