- big on equality - benefits - pay is good - non- leadership staff works hard and is very passionate

Cons

- all projects feel like a copy/ paste of their most successful project - studio leadership doesn't stick up for their employees, constantly felt lied to - very micro-manage heavy environment - lack of career growth - executive leadership only cares about Pokemon GO and none of the other projects in the studio
