      Pros

      I work along side some of the smartest people I've ever had a chance to work with. At Niantic, engineers are given the opportunity to create new and exciting technologies. Additionally, Niantic is a fast growing and already successful company.

      Cons

      Work life balance can often be a struggle. The company is growing really fast.

      Pros

      - Lots of growth which has meant a lot of learning. - Really smart people around with experience. Again, makes an excellent environment for learning. - People like what they do. A lot of people left large companies to come here because they believe in the platform. - Lots of work to be done, which to me, is a positive — I like being busy.

      Cons

      - Not a lot of transparency with growth and companies milestones. -Our perks arents as competitive as other companies, in my opinion. - Management seems to be stressed a lot

      Realy exciting products. Not the same old games. Good benefits, small teams!

      Long hours when there is work to be done. Great flexibility
