Pros

People here are very helpful and cool about the work. Mix of smart young and experience team members gelled together and supporting each other so well and All love to have fun... No blame games at all . There are lot of physically active people (hiking , biking, playing in park etc..). Company is growing like its PokemonGo game and lot of growth opportunities as there are lot of challenging problems to solve. Free Lunch Free Soda and Non Soda Drinks(Coconut water , Kambucha, Craft beer etc...) Good Health Insurance Stress free environment 3 weeks of PTO+ sick time+Remote work to take care of errands Nutshell : I am happy here

- Making products that genuinely strive to create a positive change. - Not focused on 'whales' like other mobile game studios, and instead focused on making engaging and fun products. - Pushing boundaries in revolutionary new technologies and platforms. - Great people and a very positive work environment with very few egos. - Great benefits and perks. - CEO is very down-to-earth and approachable and deeply understands our products.

- Tight and aggressive schedules. - Growing fast (both a Pro and a Con).

- Strong leaders who are focused on players and employees experience - Full of smart, hardworking people who are passionate about the products and what they do - Never a dull day at work - always learning and challenged by those around me - Office location is spectacular - conveniently located near BART / Muni / Ferry Terminal

Cons

- Hours can be long at times and people may pull you out of your desk to raid - Potential addiction to Pokemon GO
