Niantic is an incredible place to work. Everything done here is on the absolute cutting edge and your work makes a meaningful difference. Niantic hires the best, so you never feel overburdened or that others aren't pulling their weight. - The company shows genuine love for its people and is flexible. It encourages people to travel to events, works with them if things come up, has a history of promoting from within and takes care of employees. In short, I feel truly lucky to work here. For my first couple of months I literally woke up every day thinking 'is this real'? I often feel bad telling my friends about my job because other companies simply can't compare.
