      Collective redundancies in Spain

      Salary, perks such as medical insurance and meal vouchers, work environment

      Cons

      OYO has done a collective redundancies. After only few months, majority of employees were dismissed. Lack of organization and planification from upper management side. They only care about quantity and not quality of business. OYO hires employees with excelent background, uses their knowledge & expertise and once they get what they want from you, they just fire you. They only leave few people to manage the workload that was previously handled by many others workers.

      Nothing at all. Join this company only if you wanna chill with a below a average pay.

      Cons

      1. No work culture 2. No proper onboarding and settlement for employees. 3. No peer to peer respect 4. No work life balance 5. If you fail to recover the bill to company payments from the corporate, your incentives will be put on hold. 6. No proper process support: send out a mail to your higher management for any escalation, you will have to wait forever for a single reply (I wish I could attach screenshots)
