      Place for IITians and IIMs to pickup chicks

      Higher college higher package. Ponzi scheme. Don't distroy your career. Waste of bandwidth. No growth and potential

      Cons

      Worst operations. IITians are employed at higher salary who are absolutely worthless. So they are putting sales at maximum mental tension. Doesn't matter how good you do your target will doubled every month. Running on the basis of funding. Massive hiring and firing. even HR is quiting after 3 months. Very rotational crowd. Hopeless company

      Pros

      - Good Colleagues. - Complex problems to solve.

      Cons

      - Company does not value its employees specially in technology team. - They always try to find out ways to treat its employees like dirt, evident from the recent performance appraisals. Every year OYO comes up with a disruption (since they are so good at it) , last year they said that markets are low so appraisals are not good, This year they came up with "We Are Standardising" slogan. - They don't have any benefits for employees what so ever, office is at a very remote location and still they don't provide any transport and if you come by your own vehicle you will have to pay parking for this such an amazing and vibrant office place in the middle of nowhere filled with dust all around.

      1. Amazing leadership team, who is always ready to hear your problem-solving techniques 2. Chilled-out, fast-paced office atmosphere 3. The best HR folks! 4. You will learn so much in a very little time

      Cons

      I worked under the South head Burhan for quite some time. He is a horrible man with an inflated ego- one of the reasons I had to quit my job. Everyone else is amazingly sweet and nice!
