      Freedom to share your thoughts, execute crazy plans, excellent balance between professional and personal life ( no chick chick baazi ), good paymasters

      Cons

      The Management is well led but gives a lot of weight age to oldies in the system and turns a deaf ear to some one who is trying to bring in a positive change

      Good incentive structure and upper management is dealt with great concerns.

      Cons

      Because of too much of revenue stress employees underperform and opt for wrong ways to increase their achieved target. Due credit is not given to an employee who outperforms.
