      Great learning experience, extracts the best from you, develops entrepreneural skills, team management.

      Cons

      No work life balance, salary is quoted different from what is paid, no training, HR describes different KRA at joining then manager's story is different, get work of 5-6 individuals done from 1 individual.

      After sales, 24/7 Work culture, sales person has to handle all escalation. No proper account management, difficult to promote the product because most of the customer think Oyo have only budget hotels
