Pros

- Well backed by Softbank, so no worries about it shutting down. - Pays well and flexible working hours. - Great exposure to the work level that you'd be involved in. - Plenty of opportunities for career expansion because they are constantly bringing new component to the business. - There's career opportunity to work overseas.

Cons

- Too many sales rep in one location i.e. 68 sales rep in klang valley alone. That's crazy. - They do not treat their client well, so your reputation as a sales rep will be affected. - Commission is tier based and capped at max MYR3000 even though you exceeded the target. No point doing more. - Lack of ownership between departments. - Some head of department are inexperience and underqualified for the role.

Everything, but a special mention on the recruiter team, not professional, they don't keep one word and very unorganized
