      Basic pay good benefits BUPA

      Cons

      OYO Constantly hire BDMs over saturate areas and then fail peoples probation replacing them with new BDMs in my team 4 BDMs who dare to speak out have been sacked. Commission rules change and they don't pay people on tie. Expenses paid too slowly Poor equipment

      Pros

      The Good Incentive which we receive is the blood/tears of the common property owner. The pay might be attractive, but there is no learning in the job you are just manipulating the property owner in giving you his hard earn profit.

      Heavy work load NO work life balance. No ethics in the company.
