Pros

few good colleagues and apart from it nothing.

Cons

Unrealistic targets, like a drunk king thought about something and wants the lower people to fulfil it at any cost for him. No respect for anyone. Bad name in the market due to various issues. Work life balance is a myth. Just pushing people to increase nos but not maintaining the hotels which they already have. Big fundings so just expanding and expanding and not looking after what they have. Business is increasing just because of UMC and local Ids and the rest is just funding n funding.

Pros

No benefit in advising. Nobody listens

Cons

Management : People only show concerns about you, your work but nobody does anything for it. Most dynamic management i have ever seen in any company. Everyday you have new policies implemented. They call it a startup with dynamic system, but actually its not dynamic, its pathetic. Being on ground you have to face daily issues and challenges and there is least support for you. System: System is hollow with nothing to be done. Manager: The manager doesn't know anything about the system. Only excuse that he has is that he's new to the system and there is no professionalism in his behavior. No support at all. They way he shouts at subordinates is like we're the people who are doing door to door marketing like RO selling, Sim card selling.
