      Salary is on time, no pros apart from this which I could mention.

      Cons

      They will make you work like slaves. They don't allow you to survive more than a year. Joining this company is a waste of career. Would suggest all of you don't spoil your future here.

      Open culture and very chilled out attitude.

      Cons

      Target are unrealistic, month on month target keeps increasing by 2x, system is engineered in such a way that you won't be able to achieve your targets and our out, plus as a part of sales you have to look into operational issues which is really stressing. And your main competitors are customers, customers are getting better rates than b2b, this causes a lot of issues in business.
