      Open door policy to all employees

      I had 6 years of work experience with MBA but the one who I am reporting has only one years of experience and still I am reporting to him!!! One of the worst company to work with, no ethics in terms of office timings, sometimes we worked even till 11.30 PM at night, also their business terms with hoteliers are bad they didnt wanted to work with OYO,..

      Good Hike in Package when hiring.

      Cons

      Excessive hiring, Bad management, Career choices are not being considered any given day you will be asked to move to a new verticle(Sales). No check on the the of hotels on boarded.
