      Used to be a good company with progressive work culture, on-time salaries.....

      Cons

      White-collar thiefs are running the company, unfair and fraud accounting practices, hotel owners cheated OYO, OYO cheated them double afterwards, a lot of hostility in market, not safe as a field employee

      The job offered flexibility although short lived.

      Cons

      This organization has no clue what is being done and where. TONS of wasted money due to poor management. No wonder almost half the staff was let go. Once a direction is established it all changes overnight. You can only use "it's a start up" for so long as an excuse.
