      THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DON'T LEAVE YOUR CURRENT WORK

      The basic salary is attractive they don't pay the promised bonuses tho

      Cons

      Hire - Fire policy.No life if you join the company. No structure, no strategy, no plan. They have unrealistic targets no one can meet them. The management is the worst they have no idea about the market. I feel sorry for them !!

      Poorly run

      Relaxed leadership, let's you work at your pace.

      Cons

      Constant misinformation. Received incorrect offer twice. Poorly managed top to bottom. Everyone gets a rudimentary training where information could change before training is over. Leadership has limited understanding of strategic selling. Myself and nearly everyone in my training was let go inside of 45 days because OYO over extended themselves.
