      Incredibly unwelcoming culture, disbanded mindset

      Great product, technically it stands solid in the market

      Cons

      The most disbanded mindset, realised after a couple of weeks everyone has a "each to their own" way of doing things and will not collaborate even when it is key for business. Zero communication. There's no sense of a solid ground which fosters you as an individual to feel welcomed and hired to succeed. As per usual some of the egos of people working are high as you could think of.

      Pros

      Company is growing and was a wonderful place to be - after Covid many things changed - culture was a huge downer and all the good people left - I hope that it can get back to where it needs to be - it all starts with leadership.

      Leadership changes Termination of roles offshore engineering roles to India and outside of North America for costs savings.
