      Senior Leadership has Lost Their Way

      Pros

      Great people and good cooperation amongst cross-functional team. Solid products and great customer service.

      Cons

      Too many senior leadership changes. New GTM leader, CRO, 2 CMO's, 2 CFO's, and new CTO. Todd and Freddie have let the new leadership, specifically the GTM leadership, destroy what use to be a great culture. Okta used to be a company that valued employees, now they treat them like a commodity. There has been a significant drain of very talented employees due to the changing culture. Merger with Auth0 was handled very poorly.

      Constantly changing roadmap. High turn-over particularly in eng and product management. High burn-out rate.

      There are some nice people. Compensation is competitive.

      Cons

      No 401k matching. Leadership is constantly changing their vision/roadmap. Innovation has stalled in the last several years. CPO/CEO have steered Okta in the wrong direction. There is no accountability if what is promised is not delivered. Okta is not what it appears from the outside. High turnover. Recognition is minimal. Stay away.

      Dynamic, sharp and funny as hell CEO - good product, good space to be in

      Cons

      They have lost their way since they went public. Your peer will stab you in the back and have seen people pushed out for little to no reason. They are in hyper growth mode - bring in more & more people and not many people hitting their #'s. Upper management needs a cleansing.
