Collaborative culture, everyone is on the same page. Dynamic marketplace and Okta serves it with superior products and more importantly, great people.

Cons

Growing pains as would be expected in an aggressively ramping company.

Pros

Most rock solid product for any company I've ever worked for. My direct management has been outstanding and I have full confidence in the executive team and the direction of the company. Smartest group of folks in other departments that I've ever collaborated with. I believe Okta is going to achieve great things.

Cons

Work-life balance is not good. The expectation is that you never stop working. Pressure to perform is enormous here.
