      Pros

      Simply while no company is perfect OKTA provides a great life and culture. It is easily the best place I have ever worked and being in the technical field for some 20 years with numerous organizations I think that is representative of my last 2.5 years at OKTA! Management from CEO down is informative, transparent and driven to make OKTA a world leader in IDAAS. There is room to move around the organization if you have career goals. I am always suprised to see any negative views? My experience has been amazing.

      Pros

      Great product, happy customers, strong leaders. We're in hyper growth mode which allows us to compete credibly and win against Microsoft. Customers love Okta as we make cloud applications more secure and easier to access.

      Cons

      20+ years in tech lead me to say no real cons here. There is lots to do and a solid team to get it done. Come if you want to work hard and learn.

      Pros

      I worked hard to get hired at Okta and turned down several other offers and I am so glad I did! Okta has a great culture and the teamwork is fantastic. The fast growth is fun and changing an entire market is an exciting experience. Todd and Freddy lead by example and are more engaged and accessible than any other CEO and COO I've worked for in the past at any size company. I have seen multiple people be promoted within months of joining Okta, no limit on the career upside!

      Cons

      Okta is not for everyone. One needs to think about their ability to add value, make an immediate impact and deliver results. If you don't have the desire to work very hard, and enjoy doing so, then you will likely be happier working elsewhere.
