      Pros

      Learned so much in my time here, and realized what a great opportunity was seized by the company to take over identity. The people I interact with are all intelligent and smart, willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Everything feels like a team effort, because it is. Fast turn around time with weekly releases.

      Cons

      Might be a bit overwhelming at times, a lot is expected of you. Although it is the "unlimited" vacation, I have received some personal remarks about me taking some time off which I didn't think were called for.

      Pros

      Excellent leadership team. Real vision and the talent to execute. Founder and Co-founder are active, drive the culture in a positive way, and care. Excellent transparency, not just words. Great growth trajectory. We have a "in this together" feeling.

      Cons

      Not an environment for those who demand a strict process corporate button downed company. Intense, long hours, need to be able to multi-task for real.

      *SMART people - Okta hires people who have been there, done that, and can be thrown out there to figure it out successfully. I've work at several large companies and surprised to say that I've come across the smartest of peers here. *Great energy - people at Okta are truly passionate about the product. They work hard to ensure its success. It helps to work with people that are fun to be around with positive energy and enthusiasm to make the working hard part easy. *A product that really works - I'm proud to be part of a product company that puts so much focus on customer success. Okta makes sure that the customers are set up for success every step of the way. *Organizational transparency through communications

      Cons

      *Very much a physical presence type of company - I've worked for a lot of companies where it is easy and very acceptable to be remote but that doesn't seem to be the case here. I felt disconnected the rare times I would work remotely. *Employees more on the younger side - Most of the people are single or without kids so if you have kids and a lot of competing priorities, the culture makes it hard to juggle that at first. *No 401k match but the rest of the benefits are pretty good all around
