      Great people and great product

      Pros

      - great collaboration between ops, engineering, and QA. Makes it easy to get stuff done - minimal politics at the engineering level - great culture, smart and friendly coworkers with no egos to get in the way - pretty easy to shift between teams if you get bored or want to work on different skills - lenient PTO and work from home policies - fantastic support from upper management - very successful product and the company is going somewhere

      Cons

      - middling benefits (no 401k matching, no gym memberships, etc.) - heavyweights are starting to enter the field - rapid growth leads to more work than people at times

      Pros

      Development, Test, TPM and SRE all work in harmony. Few egos, smart people and teams genuinely want to work together. Politics are minimal and the company is growing fast yet taking steps to ensure the culture remains intact. Great SF location too. Great salaries and it is pre-IPO and a genuinely strong candidate for a successful flotation.

      Cons

      The food isn't as good as it could be and 401k is not matched, nor do you get gym membership.

      - Very experienced senior leadership. - Culture of transparency makes it easy to learn the details of building a startup - Smart people - Technology is the core competency, a great place to learn and grow as an engineer - Proven record of promoting from within and providing career growth - The product is beautiful, a rockstar UX team makes the engineer's work look good - Pre-IPO with solid potential for equity growth - Market leader

      - Still in startup mode, people work hard after hours - Benefits are OK, would love 401k matching
