      - Culture of transparency - Most people are smart, motivated, and easy to work with - Exponential growth - Outstanding product

      Cons

      If there are problems, they are what I would term 'quality problems'. We are growing really fast, therefore processes, the product, and teams are constantly changing and growing. You have to be willing to be patient when necessary and go with the flow, or be aggressive/creative when something is not clearly defined or 'stuck'.

      Pros

      Okta is an amazing company to work for. Okta has a huge vision for the future, and that vision is what drives everyone at this company to work their absolute hardest. That collective motivation feeds an unbelievable atmosphere and company drive - not to mention senior leadership also makes a solid effort to keep us happy (beautiful offices, lunches 3x a week, dinner every night, snacks up the wazoo nerf guns, bean bags, corn hole.. you name it!) If you're looking for a serious, hard working company that can also let its hair down when the time is right - Okta is your move!

      Cons

      Sometimes Okta is slow to make the tough choices and that leaves us with people in roles where they really don't belong.
