      Growing so fast it is sometime hard to keep up with the role all of the new employees play in the organization.

      Pros

      PTO policy is great, Health Insurance plans are wonderful and affordable, the work is challenging and engaging, organization is filled with bright and passionate people. Expect to be recognized if you work hard. There is a tremendous amount of career growth possible here.

      Cons

      Because Okta is growing so fast, there are times that things can get a bit tough from a workload perspective, but I wouldn't consider that the fault of anyone in the company as we're hiring at a breakneck pace.

      This is a very results driven culture with all the tools available to succeed. Coming from a 150 person company that was much older, I wasn't sure what to expect. All of my expectations were blown out of the water. The experience for a new hire beginning with recruiting was top notch. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help make a new hire feel welcomed. The product/service: Fantastic. We are the only leader in our space and continue to push the limits. If you are a creative person that wants to not only become a better professional but learn a lot along the way, this is the place for you. Personally, this is the smartest collection of individuals I have ever worked along side. If you want to work for a really cool company with a great vision and leadership, get on the wagon!

      Cons

      If you are in sales, like at any company, there is pressure to perform. Do what you are supposed to and you'll be fine.
