      Pros

      Great Product, even better executives. Company is going places. Fun to sell.

      Cons

      Inside sales upper management is sometimes out of touch with actual talent level of some sdrs. bc of pressure to perform this mis alignment has resulted in some talented employees being let go, and other underachievers to stick around much longer than they should.

      Pros

      All orgs and leaders are very transparent about what's going in the company, at all times. Open office space, including execs. All execs are extremely amiable and treat everyone equally. Teams collaborate & work very well together, this extends across departments. You can see the direct effect you have on the company's growth. Lots of room for personal growth. And of course, fringe perks: flexible PTO, ability to work remotely, lots of snacks, catered lunch 3 days a week, great benefits.

      Cons

      Some of the people who've been there a long time seem somewhat set in their ways & resistant to change.

      - Strong engineering team - Goo product with a lot of market demand - Room to have impact on a successful company - Opportunity to solve hard problems - Good compensation/benefits - Still Pre-IPO - Management that cares about career path for employees both on management path or as individual contributer

      Cons

      Okta has doubled the engineering team every year in the past 3 years, and as a result, its sometimes challenging to keep up with the constantly growing and changing team.
