      good brand, market leader and remote culture

      Cons

      many good people have left, there's a ton of managers who aren't good enough leaders to attract and retain great talent, processes and standards get reinvented every year, we waste so much time with loose operations, limited career growth for rockstars stuck under too much middle management or between too many re-orgs.

      Latest change in management in Canada has caused incredible turmoil. Changes made to sales territories in a vacuum leading to confusion and concern by reps and customers alike. New hires being brought on with little/no experience.
