      Good Tech but suffering from a Leadership Vacuum

      Pros

      - The technology is pretty solid - Strong marketing (huge budgets) - Well regarded in the market - Looks great on a resume - Some great people working here (though many have left now!)

      Cons

      - True leadership is severely lacking in ANZ - Crazy high staff attrition rates (lots of dissatisfied staff) - Every manager (regardless of performance) is now a VP somehow? Seems like they are just throwing job titles to retain staff. - Targets are unrealistic given the heavy competition with Microsoft, Ping, ForgeRock, and others. - Lots of fiefdoms. - Pay is now under where the market sits (25%) - Share price has tanked

      Pros

      Okta is an incredibly rewarding place to work. I find myself looking forward to work every day. I love what I do and I love the team I get to do it with. The working environment is positive, energetic, encouraging, and collaborative. Every day I learn more about the excellent products and services we provide and the hard-working people behind them that I have the privilege of calling colleagues and friends. With our focus on making our customers successful, every day and task is meaningful and purpose driven towards a common goal. We are provided with admirable leadership, support, and amenities to do our jobs and do them well. This attracts and enables great talent and brilliance. Our company culture brims with ambition, excitement and supportive, appreciative, humble attitudes. I am grateful for the opportunity I've been given to be a part of Okta.
