A heavy unicorn not so good in talking

Some very skilled people Who got together for a cause And had a common goal

Cons

After a couple layoffs and drastic changes without previous warnings or communications it got clear that we were in a very heavy unicorn that is not very good in talking. People that work there had no heads up on pretty much any change that affected the teams. "We are all people" and "we are all owners" were company wide values, and suddenly stopped making sense and became just a memory of better times
